LifeReady Program
Exclusive to InnovOak School is the purposefully designed LifeReady program. Consisting of classes focused on everyday adult skills and knowledge that is not provided in traditional education, InnovOak School prepares students for success post-graduation and a more wholesome life experience. Interspersed throughout the InnovOak education model, students learn essential skills. From financial literacy (budgeting, saving, investment), self care skills (cooking, balancing nutrition), taxes (accounting, asset management), digital citizenship and more, InnovOak School equips our students with the necessities for life.
Junior School
The LifeReady program transforms young minds, equipping them for a successful future. Using innovative teaching methods, experiential learning, and personalized guidance, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Middle School

Guidance Coaching
Coaching for students is important for their growth and success. Guidance coaches provide personalized support, help with academic challenges, and assist with career goals. They create a safe environment for students to talk about their concerns and dreams. Coaches give ongoing feedback to help students overcome obstacles, set achievable goals, and develop strategies to reach them.
