InnovOak School Registration Inquiry Form


Thank you for considering InnovOak School as your child's academic institution. We appreciate your interest in our private school and would be delighted to provide your child with an exceptional educational experience. To start the registration process, please complete our inquiry form. After completing the form, families are also welcome to complete their registration with myInnovOak with the provided link.

Coming for a Tour

After completing our Inquiry Form, you will be provided with the tour link to schedule an appointment. If you are unavailable for any of the upcoming tours, please contact the Admissions Office (admissions@innovoak.ca).

Application Form

Families that wish to register after having completed an inquiry form and come for a tour will be provided a link to our application form. Once completed, families will be asked to completed a registration checklist of supporting documentation.

Supplementary Application

Families will be asked to provide information and documentation for a variety of supporting documents to registration, including age verification, report cards, transcripts, additional education documents, etc. Once they have completed the Supplementary Application Checklist, they will move on to the decision stage of registration.

Receive an Enrollment Decision and Enrollment Contract

InnovOak’s Admissions Committee will make a decision regarding your student’s enrollment and an Admissions Officer will contact your family with the decision. If an offer of admission is made an Enrollment Contract will be provided and the relevant tuition deposit and registration fee (found at Tuition & Fees — InnovOak School) will be due at the time of enrollment. Once the enrollment contract has been signed and received, and the tuition deposit and registration fee are processed, families will be emailed an Acceptance Letter and our Welcome Package. At any time, an admissions officer is available to answer any questions you may have.
